I started my career in the Fabrication industry as a structural welder. I worked in this industry for many years before teaching the unemployed to have basic welding skills to find work.
After I retired and with the ability working with my hands I decided to created metal garden art: - making pot plant stands using garden tools etc and this grew then into other metal art work.
I have a passion for the environment and am aware of the need to reduce my carbon foot print. Therefore I use recycled materials mainly cutlery but sometimes get unusual items that stretches my imagination of what I can create. Each piece has its own unique character.
I mainly source my materials from family, friends and local charity shops. I create each piece for others to enjoy.
